The experts from Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Indonesia, Iran, Nepal, Srilanka and Thailand would participate in the 5th workshop on 'Seismic Analysis in South Asia Region' to be held from November 12 to 16 at Xian in China.

Muhammad Rafiq, Director Regional Meteorological Centre, Peshawar, is proceeding on Friday to China to represent Pakistan in the workshop. He will deliver a presentation on 'devastation and after shocks activity of October 8 earthquake.
